Are you done with being misunderstood, shot down and unappreciated?
I hear you and I see you.
I’ve been right where you stand now.
And I’ve liberated myself from all the BS we get taught as young girls.
Join me in the Good Girl Rebellion.

Because you deserve to stand in your power without worrying if it’s too much for others to handle. You deserve a life of fulfillment and love. Your body is craving a reconnection with your soul and heart. Your mind thirsts for deep conversations and fresh insights. Reignite your inner fire with me. The sparkle others have been stamping on for too long is busting to break free and set your old life ablaze. You, my gorgeous one, are fucking amazing. It’s time they see it too.
In my late thirties, I was diagnosed with anxiety and told – there’s something wrong with you and you need fixing.
But my anxiety wasn’t a cut needing stitches. It was a blanket wrapped so tightly around me it felt like a second skin. How the heck did it get there?
By trying to fit into a societal mould. Trying to always be a good girl, a dutiful wife and an obedient daughter. A compliant employee.
Don’t cause problems, just do as you’re told. We don’t want you as YOU, we want the version of you that doesn’t challenge us.
It seemed like the only way to find acceptance was to keep playing along. Stay quiet, don’t offend, and watch my p’s and q’s.
Submit.
Be a good girl, shut up and do as you’re told.
All it taught me was – you’re not enough and you’re unworthy.
It’s a shitty, big lie about why we’re here and what we’re meant to do. One perpetuated by the patriarchy for millennia. Whether you’re “good” or “bad”, the result is the same – zero understanding or acceptance.
You’re punished for being different. Rejected and ridiculed for having an opposing opinion. If you dare to ask for what you need, love and compassion are withdrawn.
I’m so grateful for my diagnosis. Because it pulled the blanket so tight I couldn’t breathe and awoke my fighting instinct.
No more! I shouted.
I’m done with trying to be what they all want.
I’m going to be JUST ME.
Healing myself brought me the respect, acceptance and recognition I deserve.
Now I’m a positive, empowering role model for my daughter. So she truly believes in herself. She knows she can be, do and have the life of her choosing. Whatever the fuck that is.
Ready to stop playing small and limiting your potential?
Let’s disrupt the pattern and lead the Good Girl Rebellion together.
Wearing the badge of Good Girl has you helping others to the point of burning yourself out and abandoning your own needs.
And you probably find yourself:
It’s okay, don’t beat yourself up over feeling this way or staying in the safe zone. We’ve been conditioned to live this way.
But it’s not serving you or those around you. So rise up with me and start setting healthy boundaries. Learn to say NO with confidence and rebuild your self-worth.
You CAN let go of your good girl image and start doing whatever you like instead!
YOU are the only one with the nerve to unshackle yourself.
Discover your strength and potential by taking control of your destiny.

Bio:
A self-confessed wellness warrior, Lesa loves yoga, warm weather, fresh, vibrant food, music, adventure and being outdoors. She’s a wife and mum to two incredible young adults. Her children are the reason she fights so fiercely for a world built on acceptance and tolerance.
Lesa’s work is centred around guiding you back to yourself to gain clarity and reclaim your personal power.
After losing herself on her parenting journey, she went through a radical transformation. Coming out of the motherhood cloud to rediscover her true self. She felt drawn to support women to reform their lives and evolve their self-worth. To break free from the chains of societal conditioning and reconnect with themselves. Helping them to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Mission:
Empowering and connecting with beautiful souls to unearth their inner wisdom.
Helping women understand themselves, their value, their worth and just how in control they are of who they would like to be!
She wants every woman who attends her retreats, events or programs to leave feeling powerful, lighter, happier, relaxed, and excited for the next steps of their journey.
Vision:
A world of equality in every way. Where women support and champion for each other. Where ALL women, regardless of colour, religion or age are accepted, appreciated and respected.
A community built on love, compassion, kindness and recognition. With women sitting equally alongside men at the table (because we deserve to be there).
